Great customer service and had a good shopping experience
Since this year, I’ve noticed a big increase of turnover in employees in the lulu store, and many of them less familiar with their policies than expected. As a longstanding customer, I’m a bit disappointed by how Lulu operates their customer service on the store level
I’m extremely disappointed in how Lululemon handled my recent customer service issue. I purchased a pair of Align leggings in 2021 under their original lifetime quality guarantee, which was a key reason for my purchase. The leggings are now falling apart — with seam issues and heavy pilling — despite being properly cared for.
