A huge store with a great collection which is expensive but of a great quality. Love to shop here.
The store is huge, but usually they have so many items missing. They are constantly trying to update the place so I hope they do the same for the inventory. The workers are usually nice and security was also improved since last year.
Increidble customer service. This is how all brands should operate I am an avid Lulu fan - who had a recent issue with the quality of one of my items. I was worried about having a issue exchanging the item, but the staff and manager were incredibly helpful and understanding Thank you!
Racist store. If you’re not white save yourself the trouble as staff will treat you differently. Like a thief and as if you don’t deserve to be served or helped.
