I like the products but I was very uncomfortable walking around the store because it seemed like i was being followed by a male worker from the minute i walked in. he asked me about 4 times in the span of 10 minutes if i found everything i needed, and then also approached me with a female worker to ask me if i found everything i needed. I went to this store to use my warranty and exchange a pair of pants. Unfortunately, the associate named Maria was very unprofessional and refused to honor the warranty. The pants themselves were also disappointing—after only three wears, they started showing white lines. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand, or at least this location.
The worst customer service out of every Lululemon I’ve been too.
The staff is always so helpful.
