They are handling a case for me. They are doing fine BUT when changes needed to be make on the letter they were sending I sent an email to the assistant and my lawyer; I even left a phone message for him to please call me. They wouldn't call me back. For 400/hr you'd think they would be better at communicating. I'm highly disappointed. It seems like I'm not important enough. Not good at all. Plus my lawyer charged me 3 hrs for using a letter I wrote and adding 1-2 things. I can see maybe 1 hr but i could type up a one page l... read more
I hired Adam to form an LLC for me and what I would consider to be a semi complex partnership agreement. I found the billing and the service to be more than acceptable. Based on my experience I highly recommend Lukins and Annis for entity formations.
