Came into Luke's today, after spending hours, trying to fix my phone, realised I had done something stupid to it, but could not find what it was. Tyla and a gentleman with a beard, sorted me out in a few minutes. At no time did I get that patronising voice, that so many shop assistants use with old people. They were polite, friendly, made me feel great. Explained what I had done, and sent me on my way with 'Have a great day' Thank you, this is rarely found these days.
