Great attorney, very knowledgeable
first was very unhappy with his Unresponsive to any of my voicemails. Finally connected with him via text, overall he listened to what I had to say and then provided the prosecutor with the evidence and then my case was dismissed.
Unresponsive to any voicemails or messages. No courtesy of a return call. Maybe not even in practice anymore?
I can’t tell if he worked for us or for the prosecutor. We asked for a violation hearing to get my fiancé home. His probation officer said he wouldn’t be released until he went in front of the judge . The judge gave him 3 years for violating on charges he HASNT been convicted of! Luke was unprepared for court. He said nothing to defend his client. I don’t feel we had adequate representation!
