I would give Matt Luke zero stars if possible. Good luck getting him to answer the phone. Didn't get my 2019 tax year K1 until January 2021. There are numerous mistakes on the forms we finally did receive. He has cost me and my company thousands in penalties that he promised to pay or have reduced, but has failed to do so. While I am in hot water with the IRS due to his negligence, he is constantly out of the office and cannot return a phone call to the owners of the business he was paid to work for.
