Absolutely shocking and incredibly frustrating experience. I contacted this company for car transport, received a quote via text, and agreed to it. We discussed all the arrangements for the car handover, and I have our chat conversation clearly showing the original quoted price. Then, just two days before the scheduled drop-off, they suddenly increased the price by $500. not good transportation company I had a Toyota gr Yaris come from Sydney it took almost a month the transport company told me it was goona come in 2 days but I came in 3 weeks it’s was all a lie but the car came safely that’s the most important thing don’t trust this company!!
DO NOT USE this company. Towed my caravan behind a Ute for 1800kms when booked for transport on back of truck. Power to the caravan was left on during transport and when I received the caravan was flooded. The tap turned on and sink plug was left in and water flooded the entire caravan. The water pump was still running even though the water tanks were dry. Was so hot I could not touch. Surprised the caravan didn't catch alight. Company has not responded and insurance/legal has been actioned. Very dodgy company. Avoid at all ... read more
