We decided to visit some family in PR and Lugo Car Rental had the beat rates in the island in the middle of this pandemic. Felix Joel (the owner) was quick to respond to our questions and requests. Very professional and friendly, awesome to work with. The process was so easy and convenient. I got to the airport and he was there with the car was waiting for us and same experience to drop off the car. No hazards on trying to find any company. Excellent service, when I arrive at the airport both vehicles were ready and to drop off was easier even that I drop off almost at midnight. thank you, Joel, for the great service... El servicio fue excelente, cuando llegue al aeropuerto los dos carros estaban listos y menos de 5 minutos ya habia salido. para entregarlos fue mucho mas rapido y eso que los entregue a la media noche. muchas gracias Joel por hacer mis vacaciones mas faciles usando Lugo Car Rental...
