Lug + Carrie take great care with their bike services, I can always trust I'll have a smooth ride.
I needed to swap out some accessories on my Quick Haul subscription as well as get the light fixed. Love having the mobile service so it could be taken care of whilst I was working from home. It needed to be taken into the shop in the end and I was given the option to have it dropped back to me or the faster option of me to collect it from the shop which was in this case easier. Love the flexibility. Loving our seat and have had no problems w the lights since.
Lug n Carrie bike has been brilliant. Highly recommend. It’s a great way to commute to work and see the city! Will 100% use the service again. Big thanks to lochy and Sarah for always helping me when I’ve needed it! 10/10 customer service. Thanks again guys!
