Bought our first ebike here!! The staff is so wonderful and extremely helpful. All the suggestions were reasonable and it didn't feel like they were trying too hard to sell me the bike.
My brakes were malfunctioning after i had dropped my bike and i visited Lug and Carry. They diagnosed it with in 30 seconds and fixed it for FREE!!! Great customer service. thank you very much
