I rented one of the bikes for a little while and I had such a good experience that I decided it was better to buy one outright. Lug+Carrie have been nothing but amazing! Even though I’m not on a subscription, they’ve been very helpful when I’ve had issues with the bike. For example, today I was in the city and one of the brackets on the chain path was loose and brushing against the chain. I called them then turned up at their shop in Fitzroy 20min later and they tightened up the bracket for free. Didn’t even ask for a cent!
We had a great experience buying a ebike here. There was no pressure at all to commit to buy when having a trial ride. Everything was very well explained on pickup, and when we returned a week later with a problem (completely our fault) the staff were so kind and helpful, without judgement. Highly recommend.
All of the staff I have dealt with have been great. I had a service on my bike and at the last minute wasn't able to be home when they returned it. I was able to text them instructions and photos about where to leave the bike at my property, and they were very thoughtful with how they left things (text updates upon dropoff with details on what they did/where to find additional items they left).
Thank you for great service and explaining us which bike will be best for our family! Both our kids are so happy with the bike! Kudos to the team professionalism and friendliness!
Amazing service, going above and beyond! Highly recommended. I especially appreciated the loaner bike, which kept me and the kids mobile, while the team was diagnosing and fixing a stubborn issue with my Speedo. Thanks again team, you are awesome!
