excellent service. great bike . great people to work with.
We've had our GSD Tern for 2 years and it has made such a positive influence on our lives! We thought we'd lease to give it a go, we can return it if we didn't use throughout winter but we have used it non stop rain hail or shine for 24 months. It's our second car, yet its better than a car! Lug+Carrie customer service team ALWAYS helpful, responsive, kind and local team with personalities not AI bots. We just bought the bike outright from them. Highly recommend!
A great store with great people, but more clarity on the Terms & Conditions would've been nice so I didn't waste my time. Apparently, storage at an apartment complexes bike garage is not secure enough, something which I was told in-store would be fine. Again, I fully understand why, but it would've been nice to know this before nearly completing the leasing process.
