I called requesting a new foot for the kick Stand of my ternGSD as mine fell off and was unstable when parked. Sarah put one aside for me. When I arrived a few days later Jojo (hopefully correct spelling) realised the piece was the wrong one based on my explanation on the original phone and provided me with the correct piece. I offered to pay because I didn’t even purchase the bike through lug and carry and she said to pay it forward. Great business ethos and I will make sure I do just that! Cheers!
