Needed advice quickly as my court date was the next day. Ben helped me over the phone and advised that everything should go smoothly and he didn’t see the need for me to hire an attorney and waste a bunch of money. The Lawyer Ben Luftman and Joe Kunkel are extremely kind and very professional at their jobs, they’ve helped me on the case of my husband and have really good communication, their words are clear their work is incredible as well as being fast and efficient. First and foremost, I was over charged for their service after we came into an agreement on a said flat fee, furthermore trying to get hold of anyone in their office is a battle one have to go through. After Ben takes your money, he passes you on to the next attorney. I have been trying to get refund for being overcharged and nothing has happened. As a law firm, one would expect your firm to be honest and loyal but not with this firm. Also they didn’t get me the desired results. Try them at your own risk.
I reached out to this attorney for help with my case, and although he wasn’t able to take it on, he still went above and beyond. He took the time to listen, gave me clear and honest advice, and pointed me in the right direction. What really stood out was that he even recommended a few other lawyers I could contact, which was incredibly helpful.
