Needed advice quickly as my court date was the next day. Ben helped me over the phone and advised that everything should go smoothly and he didn’t see the need for me to hire an attorney and waste a bunch of money. The court hearing went exactly as he described it would. Payed my fine and got on with my life. Couldn’t recommend Ben and his team enough. Great guy!

First and foremost, I was over charged for their service after we came into an agreement on a said flat fee, furthermore trying to get hold of anyone in their office is a battle one have to go through. After Ben takes your money, he passes you on to the next attorney. I have been trying to get refund for being overcharged and nothing has happened. As a law firm, one would expect your firm to be honest and loyal but not with this firm. Also they didn’t get me the desired results. Try them at your own risk.

I worked with two different attorneys (from this firm) in my case - I think because of what county it was in (Delaware). It was a super confusing situation because I got four charges from one situation, two of which were dropped pretty early on. The prosecutors from the two (Delaware County) courthouses were really difficult for the attorneys to reach, but they stayed on them.
