Hired this firm to handle a charge that I had got. I was working with Ben, he was great to work with. He explained things to me. I had a million questions cause I have never been in criminal kind of trouble other than speeding tickets. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a truly great lawyer and a very nice guy. He was professional and showed that he genuinely cares. Even the assistants that answers the phone are very caring and understanding.

Ben Luftman was upfront about my situation and what might happen. They stuck with me and didn't back down. After all was done they got me a much better outcome then they had originally thought they would. They followed through with everything they said they would. I highly recommend them.

The worst experience in my life was with this office. No one cares about you. At first, they make you feel that everything is fine. Once they get money from you, your case is neglected. The lawyers evade and do not respond to your calls or messages, and they place the responsibility for their failure on each other. Be careful dealing with them. You may go to prison, not because you are a criminal, but because they are a group of confused, negligent lawyers
