Best bike place in Los Angeles. Have tried a few different others. Got ripped off every time. Ignorant people, bad service, overpriced. Luft is the complete opposite. Everyone is super friendly. Everything is reasonable. They did a great job, timely, professional, I can't recommend this place enough. It makes bike riding exciting again.
Everyone here is awesome- Hannah and Josh went above and beyond and got my bike tuned up ahead of schedule. Super grateful to have great service and people so close to home!
Honestly not good. Had luft make my tires tubeless and they messed that up, then they sold me the wrong size tubes. So now currently stuck in the middle of the desert with barely enough skin on my hands to put the tires on. Put the tires on and after I told them what size tubes I need, they gave me the wrong ones, so now I cannot inflate my tires because of the wrong size. Bravo luft.
I came in a while back and was helped out by Mr. Lane. Super helpful and couldn't have asked for better servicing on my new bike. The guys that work here are legit.
I am from Calgary, Alberta and try and get to the LA area as much as possible to ride. I reached out to Luft and they have been exceptional. They helped me with route ideas, parking locations, where to ride, where to avoid. You can tell they care a lot about the cycling community and not just a transaction. I visited the store and they immediately said hello and welcomed me. Very informative and welcoming. The shop is awesome and maximizes the small space they have.
