Very nice shop, parking always available street-side out front. Max is always really friendly and helpful and gets me back on my way in no time when my bike is facing issues.
Max and West at Luft treated me and my bike so well today! After a quick phone call, I came in to have my Canyon Aeroad buttoned up and the guys didn't hesitate to jump in and get the bike back on the road. Within seconds of getting the bike on the stand, Max pointed out that my headset washer was installed backwards and took care of it while finishing up the rest of the bike. Max was super kind and gracious in showing me some techniques to wrench on the bike which was super helpful. They both patiently answered all my quest... read more
