My daughter changed school this year so I started using Ludel’s Uniforms this year. I am very pleased with their services. They are very professional and helpful. I got everything that I ordered on time and if you encountered a problem with your order the staff works with you to make sure you get whatever you need in a promptly matter.
I’ve been shopping at Ludels for the past two years and I must say they’re great. I even visited the store and received help immediately. I ordered my son uniforms online this past Saturday and my package was delivered early Monday. Customer service even reached out to me on Sunday, their off day in regards to an order even apologizing for contacting me when they’re closed. No worries! It worked out. Everything fit perfect! I’ll be purchasing more items soon!!!
Excellent service. Very efficient however the quality of the sweaters and sweatpants are not desirable.
i've been shopping at Del's for years for my daughter and now my granddaughter's Catholic school uniforms. I have always had a pleasant experience but today someone from the store Called me just to make sure that I did not place the Order in error. I was buying two different sizes and they wanted to make sure that that wasn't a mistake. I was so impressed. I just love the store. The staff is fabulous and I can't say enough good things about Ludells
