Lucy is an absolute gem and I’m grateful to have found her I go as often as I can for reflexology and I kid you not when I say I struggle to get up off the table as I’m soo relaxed ! Lucy's class was truly the highlight of the week in those challenging early postpartum weeks! Lucy does an amazing job building a little community among course participants. The sessions were such a special bonding time with my baby, and as an added bonus, my little one always slept better after class. Highly recommended!
We absolutely loved baby massage! Niamh always left so calm and content with a lovely calm tummy. She tends to get a little cross when she’s a bit gassy or digesting her milk and baby massage sorts her right out. Also you get to meet such a lovely group of mums with babies all the same age and it gets you out the house when you’re in the trenches! We aim to do the full routine at bedtime now to help Niamh settle down
Amazing holistic massage from Lucy, my back and shoulders were really tight and by the time I left they felt fantastic.
