2nd time visiting Vanya for my back and shoulders. Always very friendly and an expert on finding those problem muscles before I say Ouch there it is! and then melts away the pain and stiffness. I have to see a Chiropractor every month for many years to keep my back as straight as possible and give me more movement in the neck which has been difficult recently from over use of muscles in my work that seize up. I have had two appointments with Vanya to date for a back problem. At the first appointment she did a detailed assessment of the problem, and then a comprehensive treatment, explaining everything as she went. At the second visit a deeper massage was performed as well as freeing up my upper spine, and good post treatment advice. I am pleased with progress so far and highly recommend Vanya for her expertise

This is my second massage with Vanya at Lucy Hall, Milton. I feel so much better; she knew exactly what muscles needed to be worked on and what they needed. I feel like I have a better posture and know what to do myself if I continue to get shoulder and back pain. Will definitely continue to have more massages with her.
