My mom and I went to Lucky Running in Strongsville because she knew she was in need of new shoes to help her back pain, but didn’t know what brand or style to go with. Ariana was fantastic the entire time!!!! She spent at least a half hour with us explaining the different shoe brands and helped us choose the perfect shoe. She was so friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about all the shoe brands and styles. 9/22/24 — I had the best customer experience ever !! — Matt , the shoe expert , helped me find a right shoe to alleviate my planter fasciitis.. I had in my mind what shoe I wanted - even researched - Matt measured and printed my feet stride, analyzed and discussed the results with me , suggested a few brands which I tried on and I was fitted for a perfect comfortable healing pair of Altra’s. Thank you Dr. Matt - the healing expert .. I may even be back next Sunday for another pair ..

I have foot issues with neuropathy and after the up sale push instead of koka's that I needed, I tried a different brand. More money of course. I was told about the 30 day return policy, so I tried it. Went back 1 week later, and was denied! So, I'm stuck with $ 190.00 shoes I can't use . Manager was rude and I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. Also had to go back twice because they were closed due to under staffing issues.
