Royale was not kind at all and needs work on her customer service skills. Very passive aggressive and rude. I will not be back ever and will definitely advise anybody else to not give them their business either. I had to return a pair of shoes, she repeatedly kept mentioning that "Well if these were New Balances you wouldn't be able to return them." They were not New Balances. They were Hokas. I just got some new shoes from Lucky Running Shoes and WOW WOWOWOWOW I feel much better! Anthony helped me find the most amazing shoes for my Hallux Limitus and also my crazy high arches. Anthony was excellent helping me find the right style of shoe I needed for the work I do. We tried several different styles, He took his time. He was very patient with me.!!!!! Five stars all the way!!!
