Just like the old fashioned shoe store you grew up with, they greet you with a smile and a hello, take your measurements, listen, then show you shoes.
I work retail and am constantly on my feet so decided to snag a really good pair of shoes. Lucky has been highly recommended to me by a bunch of others. Amy helped me find the PERFECT pair, working me with to find something just right for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and the whole process was so fast.
