Just moved from Short Pump area to Chesterfield and was looking for a specialty running shoe store. I came across Lucky Road RS and went to check them out. Positives: the store is clean inventory is above avg Decent sale prices Negatives ZERO salutation given upon my entering the store (which had only one other customer inside) TWO employees walked past me multiple times and not once acknowledged me, neither asked if they could help me……NOTHING. The employee listened to my wife and I and was super knowledgeable about the specs of all the shoes. She was able to make great suggestions and the owner was very helpful finding us the style of shoe we liked. My wife and I both bought a pair of shoes and will definitely return for more !
I've never been an athlete, but I knew I needed a good pair of sneakers to start. Jeff was amazing. He was patient and listened to my goals and experience, and watched my walk and jog. He sized and matched me to a sneaker. I cannot express how much better it is to try exercising when you're wearing the right shoe. No shin pain, no knee pain, just comfy!
