I’m very disappointed😞I tried on two occasions to return manufactures defective cartridges with the receipt that paid for them both. The first one the lady said was infact a Manufactures defect and then when I gave her the receipt, she said oh it’s been more than five days. Well, I had just opened it then she said well. We can’t take it if it’s been more than five days, we won’t exchange it even with the receipt. I said OK told her to throw the receipt in the cartridge away.
