These guys are awesome, sometimes they are busy and they take a little while to get you. But they are really good people. I love those guys.
I called zTrip first and made a reservation for an immediate pick-up. I HATE not speaking to an actual person. They give you no estimate of when you can expect to be picked up. 20 minutes later they call, a recording telling me that they're still trying to find a driver, asking me do I still want wait?
