I got in the car in my never before worn white pants with my sister and her white pants. The car smelled like wet dog and was dirty. When we got out we both had brown smear marks all over the seat of our pants. Not white anymore. I had to walk around all day with Dirty pants on. I will never use lucky cab again. We sure weren’t lucky. Oh, and did I mention that we smelled like wet dog too. I would give 0 if I could. I should be given my money back.

These guys are awesome, sometimes they are busy and they take a little while to get you. But they are really good people. I love those guys.

I called zTrip first and made a reservation for an immediate pick-up. I HATE not speaking to an actual person. They give you no estimate of when you can expect to be picked up. 20 minutes later they call, a recording telling me that they're still trying to find a driver, asking me do I still want wait? A complete waste of time. So I called Lucky. An actual person answered the phone and she told me it'll probably be about 15 minutes. The driver actually called me in a few minutes to tell me that he was on the way. He was righ... read more
