I had a great experience at Lucky Feet Massage. The space is clean, calming, and well-run. Jack was absolutely excellent—professional, skilled, and very intuitive in targeting the right pressure points. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing—ask for Jack!
I've been to Lucky Feet several times, and I have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. I absolutely love this place and won’t go anywhere else! Their Google rating honestly doesn’t reflect the consistently excellent service I’ve received here. I visited their store few times. I had another massage yesterday (May 12th) and massage was not great. I don't know her name but I smelled smoke really badly and she was just touching my body. I couldn't feel any relief and didn't feel any pressure from her massage. They have some good masseuse but I had bad experience last time :(.
One of the best massages ever! We had Ruthy and Steven, highly recommend both for 60 min full body massage with stretches. Will definitely be coming back for more!
Employees Smokers start right at the door and it permeates the entire walk way. They don’t care about anyone trying to walk by. Ironically they smoke under the no smoking sign. The city of Burnaby has not enforced the bylaw so you are on your own or walk a different way. Update! they replied ignorant of the bylaws. A complaint has been submitted to Bylaw office.
