I really want to give this place a great review because they truly deserve it. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was extremely friendly and welcoming — she made me feel comfortable right away. The spa is very clean, quiet, and smells fresh. This store is clearly misleading customers. Please be cautious — they add random charges.
The experience can be hit or miss to be honest. Sometimes you get a great massage and the place is relaxing. Other times I’ve gotten a massage and the person is clearly on their phone. Also I wish someone would tell other patrons to keep their voice down. It’s not a good experience when people are talking really loud and you’re trying to enjoy the massage. But with that being said it’s still worth it.
I had a massage at this place today, and the experience was very disappointing. During the session, the therapist asked if I wanted cupping and clearly stated that it was included as part of the combo. However, when it came time to pay, they charged an extra $40 per person for the cupping. This felt very misleading and dishonest. If something is not included, it should be communicated clearly upfront. Adding unexpected charges afterward is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I would not recommend this place.
This place is quiet and has excellent service. The therapists are very strong. I've been feeling much better since I've been going there. Massage is the key to great sleep if you've had injuries like me.
