Thillai accommodated a weekend appointment at short notice for notarizing a few documents. She did a thorough job pretty quickly - she has an eye for details (she pointed out that my passport was about to expire). She was also very responsive on messages before the appointment which helped me come prepared. She pointed out ahead of time that for a specific document, the officials would expect notary on every page vs not just on the last page.
