Purchased a CharizardEX box with multiple packs of pokemon cards and a Charizard figurine for our son for Christmas. When he opened the box we found that all the pokemon card packs had been opened already and resealed with tape. I am guessing the store went through the packs to see if there were any valuable cards in the packs. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.
I called the store and was greeted by a gentleman to ask about information on sizes available for a jersey before making an hour drive to look for a specific item. Instead of taking the time to help a customer on the phone, they refused to assist and completely allowed for a customer to slip out the door. I couldn’t imagine a small company not taking a minute to help out a potential customer on the phone. It’s VERY clear to me that they must not want their business to be successful especially during the holiday season.
For anybody who is in love with professional sports this is definitely the place for you. And who likes collecting things sports related. This is my go to place when I get bored in general. If you like sports cards they will hook you up with a variety of cards and sets to choose from. The owner is awesome and definitely does very good things for sports fans. Would recommend 5/5 stars
