I have been to a lot of lucky brands stores and this one was by far the worst. No help at all and the people working looked miserable. I didn’t want to buy anything here because I didn’t want them to get commission.
Terrible customer service!!! Waited in line at the register. Another customer came to the other side of the counter with a separate register and was helped before the rest of the line with me in it. Then she began to clean up the other side before coming and helping me along with the other guests that have been very patient in line! Rude!! Very frustrating. I wish the other two workers near the fitting rooms could have come to the registers to help.
