The store manager Esme was so helpful and fun! I love Lucky stores but this one’s my fav!!
Please dont shop here. They dont pay contractors who fix their building so that they can make money off of you. This applies to a corporate decision, not the local workers.
I'm adding to the excellent reviews for Heather, the store manager. I went in for jeans, and Heather was wonderful! She listened to my needs/concerns, offered suggestions as to type/style, and gave me her honest opinions regarding fit. This saved me so much research and time, as her picks were spot on. She is truly an advocate for customers and for the store/brand!
Great Customer service. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name but was an older woman, said she was the spouse of a Veteran. She was awesome and attentive but not in an annoying way like at some stores. I had a great experience. Great selection and deals too!
