Great jeans. Great service.
I tried to get a price match with my online order and only needed a confirmation from the Manager called Ceaser. The jeans were cheaper in the store so I called them, when I wasn't in the area, to get them for 70$ instead of 100$. At first they gave me the wrong E-Mail adress, then they took about a month to reply and didn't understand my issue. At the end they said, they couldn't do anything and everything was for nothing!!! I was a loyal Lucky Brand Jeans wearer for the past 10 years but I won’t be anymore. This store is selling low quality or bootleg Lucky Brand Jeans to their customers and I was one of the unfortunate ones to buy a pair. It took me too long to notice the poor quality and I wasn’t able to return them. I contacted Lucky Brand Jeans customer service and was told to go in-store to speak with a manager.
