I bought a pair of lucky Brand gold rush legend mid rise boy jeans online in the northeast. We came down for vacation and I brought the jeans. I love this store! It has men's and women's Lucky Jeans and pants. There are plenty of options, sizes, styles, and colors. The jean selection alone is enough to make this store 5 star. Add great selection of everything from casual -T shirts, dress shirts, belts, jewlery, and beautiful leather jackets. I was in three times in the two weeks before Christmas. Today(12.29.24), I walked into Lucky and noticed an interaction between the manager(Jason) and a couple with a child holding an ice cream cone. The manager politely asked them to exercise caution to prevent the ice cream from soiling any clothing or merchandise. His tone was considerate and professional, as he was simply trying to ensure the integrity of the store's items, especially considering the store carries delicate materials like leather and suede. We had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here! My daughter needed jeans at the last minute for a talent event, and we were feeling a bit stressed after stopping at several stores without any luck. But as soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by the friendly Jason, who was incredibly helpful! He guided us to several pairs of jeans that fit her perfectly, and she ended up loving them! Thank you for turning our shopping adventure around and bringing back her joy for jeans! We couldn't be happier!
Jason was amazing! He was incredibly helpful and helped me out tremendously! Very knowledgeable about his job, products & the brand itself. Props to this store manager and the company for having him because you don’t find people like him anymore!
