The man at the desk was very rude and disrespectful. Did not care about how he speak to others or the patient you’re calling about. When I asked for his managers info he said why so I can be fired but continued to speak to me out of term . Would not use them again because of this one individual! They suck!!

I have been using Lucky Ambulette service for about two years to transport my daughter, who is wheelchair-bound and has special needs, to and from her appointments. I have never had a bad experience with them; they always arrive within a half-hour window for pick-up or drop-off. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who went out of his way to ensure that my daughter did not miss her appointment, as one of the other drivers was running late for some reason. I called for a patient who came into the office to pick patient up and the guy answered very rude ; told me to take the patient home myself since the office was closing , if i can have a management number to have this man fired i would but that is unacceptable how they have these patients waiting 2 to 3 hours just for a ride back home and have them with bad attitude, if you don't like your job don't even bother going in , find yourself another paycheck.

One of these drivers exited a shopping center in Bayshore in the incoming lane nearly hitting me head on. No lights. No siren. Just cut around traffic, nearly hitting me and sped off.
