And, I will be stopping at her office again tomorrow for notary services!! So, for anyone looking for notary services, she's definitely my #1 recommendation!!
If you are coming from out of state and the state you came from keeps the title if there is a lease on it. I would suggest finding someone else. But if you have the title in hand she is fine. Took me three months to get it sorted out. If you are a tax title and tag agent, you should know the process. Or at least tell your customers that you do t know the process.
