I am a longtime customer and had a horrible experience with Lauren Bergeron the manager at this day spa I have always enjoyed prior to this. I had an appointment one day, when I woke, I learned a home covid test was positive, and could not go to (of all things) get my teeth whitened. They actually wanted me to pay for the entire service despite the fact that I canceled it within twenty four hours of making it, and despite the fact that I was legitimately sick. Nice relaxing massage
2025 Update: I visited Lucinda's in November for a facial and manicure. I'm delighted to update this review so that it reflects an excellent experience! The hydration facial and manicure were lovely. Marc, esthetician, is a beautiful human - I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and spending and hour+ with him. My manicure stayed put for a solid 2+ weeks and the technician was lovely (I'm so sorry I can't recall her name). Every staff member was just great.
