I am a longtime customer and had a horrible experience with Lauren Bergeron the manager at this day spa I have always enjoyed prior to this. I had an appointment one day, when I woke, I learned a home covid test was positive, and could not go to (of all things) get my teeth whitened. They actually wanted me to pay for the entire service despite the fact that I canceled it within twenty four hours of making it, and despite the fact that I was legitimately sick.
