Stephanie's weekly Zoom Hatha Yoga class and her occasional Yoga Nidra classes have helped me with a fresh start both physically and mentally. Her individual therapy has been an even deeper dive to help me correct imbalances. These are lifelong tools I can use to improve my overall wellbeing and particular issues related to auto immune conditions.
