Jonathan is amazing. We used a different lender when we purchased our home in 2024. At the time we actually didn’t know Jonathan and the rates were pretty steep. Jonathan refinanced us to literally an entire point less than where we were at. This made a huge difference in our mortgage payment and we even got money back. His rates are by far better than others! He is also a very kind and honest guy. I would give him more stars if I could.
The loan officer, Jon made a loan happen quickly with precise efficiently. He even came to my home on a Saturday, because I'm a bit technically challenged, to assist with downloading documents. Throughout the process my team was harassed by the sellers but Jon did not waver always calling to keep me informed and asking if we proceed according to our plan. He was polite and level headed even when I wasn't assuring he had my best interest at heart. Looking forward to my next experience when him. Thanks Lucid .
