Agen very knowledgeable and patient. She was personable and courteous my entire visit. I love the service that Lucid provides. I even missed my actual scheduled appt and she rescheduled me for the same day. Very satisfied.
I would like to say how great Abigail Drouin was. Very professional, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. She took her time, programed my hearing aids, checked and rechecked my hearing until I was completely satisfied with my devices. It employees like her that keeps me returning to Lucid Hearing I will keep returning and will gladly recommend Lucid Hearing to family and friends.
