I have always been satisfied with my hearing aids. I always get service on time and good care. I don’t particularly like to change providers but I like the providers I have met.
Abigail is awesome! She is kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the hearing devices and options. She has walked me through this process from the beginning to get me to where I am now. I never realized how much I was not hearing. As for the devices themselves, I don’t have anything to compare them to so I guess they are great. But overall, the service is why I go back!
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Abigail, and she truly exceeded our expectations from start to finish. She was incredibly informative, patient, and attentive to every one of our questions and concerns. Her knowledge and professionalism immediately gave us confidence in the process. Abigail is the best of all hearing specialist since I have been waring aids.She is so through with her testing.And just a nice and kind person.
Agen very knowledgeable and patient. She was personable and courteous my entire visit. I love the service that Lucid provides. I even missed my actual scheduled appt and she rescheduled me for the same day. Very satisfied.
