Very pleased with the great service Jennifer is giving me. Having a couple issues with proper fit but Jennifer is going beyond what's expected of her to ensure I'm getting best possible experience with my new hearing aids.
Rachel Cox was AMAZING I loved her! Not sure she’s with the company anymore…if she is whatever location she’s at go to it! Great service worked me in quickly got my hearing aids quickly. I did not like the rock hard molds went for the rubber ones more comfortable but after awhile you have to buy new tubes due to environmental cause. I’m an active person therefore sweat is the main issue. I live in Texas where it’s constantly hot as well you don’t even have to be active to sweat.Such an inconvenience now..since the ones that ... read more
