Not unhappy with Elizabeth she's very good at her job, treats people with respect. However, the hearing aids are another story. I have had nothing but problems with them not holding a charge. The only last anywhere from 3 to 6 hours, I wait until two in the afternoon hoping I can relax and watch television in the evening. There are days I am running errands and I don't have the charger with me . Extremely FRUSTRATED! Elizabeth has sent the charger in for repair, still no good.
