Irene Ramirez has excellent customer service! I needed a hearing test and was apprehensive at first. She was very patient with me and explained the process in detail and in a way I understood to ease my concern about the test. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. Her knowledge, expertise and skills are the best!
I've been completely happy with the service and friendliness of the staff. Ms. Ramirez goes out of her way to make sure everything works well. The hearing test was the most thorough of my life. I'm happy I went here. I recommend this location.
