Sam's club staff actually get 5 stars; the one star is for Lucid and their sloppy fulfillment of the hearing aids orders. The first ones were not the ones we ordered; so we sent them back and waited another 2 weeks for the right ones. Now, my husband lost the right one, we have insurance, Sam's ordered, we wait two weeks and guess what? They send us a new LEFT one.
