I came in on my lunch hour and didn't notice their sign that they were on lunch too, never the less, he took the time to replace my ear stabilizers, and cleaned my hearing aids. This is what I call customer service! As I was leaving, it was then I noticed their lunch sign on the front counter and went back, apologized, and thanked him again for his time. These guys are great and always put the customer first! Thank you Sam's Lucid Hearing Center!
Both guys are great! They really care about helping you get better hearing. Drew took his time and performed a very comprehensive hearing test and then perfectly fitted me with my hearing aids. I could not be more pleased!
