I have to make a comment on Dikpal I have had to contact him twice since relocating here and he has gone above and beyond to help me. Being a Senior I have to make arrangements for transportation and he has always been willing to work with me on appointments. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects.
Dikpal is extremely professional, helpful, informative & easy to address. Great communicator and so helpful with Senior Citizens. He was extremely patient & helpful with my parents (father's) hearing aids going "above and beyond" to return his hearing aids back to Lucid for repair, following up us on the process, and getting the new hearing aids back to him in a timely manner. I want to be very specific in saying that Dikpal is excellent in his service and very professional in his client support in short he is worth his weight in gold.
Walked in yesterday with my mother to get a free hearing test done since we heard it from a friend. The whole experience was pleasant and informative. The tests that were done were quick and detailed. We got the results and got a thorough explanation of what the tests measured and what they meant. Glad to see that my mother's hearing is not an issue and that she has healthy ears. We even got the information to an ENT, if anything serious may occur.
