I have to make a comment on Dikpal I have had to contact him twice since relocating here and he has gone above and beyond to help me. Being a Senior I have to make arrangements for transportation and he has always been willing to work with me on appointments. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects.

Dikpal is extremely professional, helpful, informative & easy to address. Great communicator and so helpful with Senior Citizens. He was extremely patient & helpful with my parents (father's) hearing aids going "above and beyond" to return his hearing aids back to Lucid for repair, following up us on the process, and getting the new hearing aids back to him in a timely manner.
