I had made my appointment for 1:00. Got there early and was walking around the store as I had some shopping to do. Walked by the HearingAide Center and Abigail was there on the phone. She motioned for me to have a seat. Finished her phone call, then insisted we could go ahead with my appointment. She cleaned and serviced my hearing aids very well and made any necessary adjustments. Walked away an hour later very happy.
I am extremely satisfied with the product and service. Sylvia was very patient and did a wonderful job of explaining all the features I highly recommend her for your hearing aid needs.
