My experience in testing my hearing and the informative explanation of the results was very professional. The hearing specialists, were personable and thorough.
I have had my hearing aids, I like to call them my ear bugs, for right at a Year now. I had been to several of the, “come in and get a free test” places. No one has ever spent so much time trying to fix my problem. My problem was more of a Frequency (tone) problem than volume problem. The hearing technician, Silvia was very professional and highly trained in her field. After many test and a lot of tweets, the aids were programmed to fit my individual needs.
