both my wife and myself have Lucid aids the staff here in Bangor are excellent. I have had Lucid for 6 years, my wife just got her's last week, never have I been disappointed with the hearing aids or the service
Helen has provided professional & excellent service since 2022 when 1st hearing test and purchase of hearing aides!

I had a hearing appointment with Helen because my doctor was booked up. She is so knowledgeable at her job and even found an issue that I had to see my doctor for! They are amazing!
