On Saturday morning, I was a walk-in patient and had a great experience with Dr. Barbi Purcell. She was very friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. She educated me about things I didn’t know regarding hearing, and I was very impressed by how clearly she explained everything. Throughout the process, she guided me step by step and made sure I understood what was happening. I felt much better after talking with her, and she reassured me that everything would be fine.
