First time getting my hearing check. Nicole made me feel so comfortable about and during the whole process. I highly recommend this center for any one new or looking for a new hearing center.
I enjoyed my appointment, she took plenty of time, Was friendly and enjoyable to be with. Very professional
Nicole Smith is very knowledgeable at her job. I was in very good hands. From making the appointment to getting the hearing test. Informed me what was going to happen next. The hearing aids came in. I’ve been shown how to use them, how to put them on including cleaning. This entire experience was a wonderful. I’m wearing my hearing aids and glad I did this. Best decision I’ve made.
Had a wonderful experience with Nicole Smith. She was very personable and thorough. If you need to have your ears checked, please consider her. She is located at Sam's.
