What a load of garbage. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Can't get a call back. Can't get a call back from messages left. I am hard of hearing, and I can't get my hearing aid supplies or get an appointment to get prescription adjusted on the hearing aids. Can't get appointment website to load either. No hearing associates at any Sam's club that I have been able to get on the phone either. Apparently the disabled don't matter to Sam's, and or apparently they're not paying enough to keep hearing aid Doctors. Please fix ... read more

Ashley Brown was amazing, and helped me to hear the things I had been missing. She will help you too. I love my hearing aids. Lucid hearing aids opened my world up. Dreams do come true, and some amazing people are instrumental in those dreams becoming a reality. Thank you all.
