Sarah Spicer at the Sam's Club Sandusky, Ohio location did a perfect job with my Mom...who was only wearing one hearing aid device for the longest time (since probably 2017) She convinced my Mom that by wearing both she would greatly benefit with even better hearing and cognitive support.!Sarah has a great way of speaking with the customer and is very professional and genuinely kind. Sarah S was very patient and thorough. She was very accommodating and made time to fit us in. She adjusted the older hearing aids to optimize for additional hearing loss, and took extra pains to eliminate the sqeaking on one of the hearing aids. We were thrilled with the improvements in hearing she provided our mom.
