Greg is awesome!! Been dealing with him for years! However, last fall when the Lucid app was under repair or out of service for about 48 hours, it’s been a nightmare on the user end. Even with a brand new set of hearing aids I’m having problems. Disappointed.
Greg always provide excellent friendly service in providing service and care for my hearing aids
Purchased a new set of hearing aids about 3 weeks ago. They did work with my phones Bluetooth so I took them back. Greg the manager got down right indignant about the return and got in my face. I had to get the store manager to get him to stop ranting. This is a terrible product and it's give Sam's a bad name.
