I went to the Sam's club on April 16th to get my hearing checked. The lady who checked my hearing was named Cynthia Czuchaj. After she got my information she looked in my ear and saw that I had a sizeable amount of wax in it and asked me if I'd like her to try to get it out, and I said yes please. Well she proceeded to try to get it out. I don't know what she used but it cut my ear and shoved the wax deep in my ear causing me to have to go and get a cleaning kit which cost me $13 just to get it out because I was basically de... read more
