I experienced exactly the same thing. Impossible to get an appt. told me to come back in two hours. Booth empty. He was finishing up with a hearing aid pick up
terrible! forget get trying to get your test ... always busy -yet no customers there. after 5 trys and then being told come back next week (1 customer was being tested and no other people there ) I left. Sam's club your losing business with this lack of service
