I had an amazing experience with the hearing specialist, Perry , He was incredibly thorough, took his time to explain everything, and really educated me about my hearing health, I recommend him to everyone
Disappointing. Booked appointment for 11:30 but had to wait 15 min. I brought the lucid fio I had purchased expecting them to help me set them up after the free hearing exam per the info on Sam's website and lucid. He right away said he does prescription hearing aids not over the counter ones -- and if I wanted him to help with fitting and adjusting the lucid fio it would be $200. He said after the free hearing test "if there was time" he could try to walk me through the setup and adjustment with the lucid shape -- though he... read more
