Cathy was a very professional and knowledgeable hearing rep. She went out of her way to help get a hearing aid that stopped working fixed. She’s excellent! Would highly recommend her for any of your hearing aid needs.
Cathy at the Sam’s Club was amazing. Initial visit gave the most comprehensive hearing test Her knowledge,professionalism, and friendly personality are the reason we decided to buy. Follow up visit just as enjoyable. Very happy after two weeks of using the Lucid hearing aids Looking forward to shopping again at Sams Club even if it’s just to say hello to her. I’m sure if we have any issues she will offer a resolution and we have 3 months to decide if we want to keep these.
