I like the hearing aids very well. However, I am experiencing a problem with both the left and right hand units. There is a off and on recurring errant sound in both units. The sound is like a rapid tapping both units simultaneous or individually and it comes and goes the sound is not area located, indoors or outdoors which makes me think it is a defect in the system. I have tried to isolate the problem to a particular area but it comes and goes without regard to time or place.
